The Pigs Slaughter Oink

After a two-year investigation from the British and Dutch police, the bittorrent music tracker site OiNK's Pink Palace has been shut down.

The investigation, called Operation Ark Royal, also involved the Interpol, the IFPI (International Federation of the Phonographic Industry), and the BPI (British Phonographic Industry). The seizure of several servers in the Netherlands and one arrest in England took place.

The now defunct site, often referred to as just OiNK, was invitation-only and had approximately 80,000 active members worldwide. It was known as the premiere source for pre-released albums.
