Political Poker

Politics have finally adapted to the digital world. It's tough, politicians and their buddies are usually not the most tech-savvy people. That is of course, a complete generalization but to generalize even further...all that is changing. The sites of the major party candidates are becoming the core of their campaigns.

Other sites not directly tied to the candidates include VotePoke (pictured above), a site created by MoveOn.org. It searches your the contacts in your email's address book and gives you a status of your friends, family and co-workers that are or are not registered to vote. There is also a leader board that keeps track of how many acquaintances you've prompted to register.
