Creative Democracy

When short web clips get seen by millions of people, for free, advertisers may start to question the millions of dollars they are spending on their advertising agency. Really it's just a result of the democratization of creativity. People with ideas can now easily share them with the world. And if the ideas are good, then people will share them even more. Behold the power of the web.

Zooppa is a site that advertisers(including Jones Soda Co., Brooks Running Shoes, Hasbro and Mini) come and offer money for ad ideas. They can take the form of print ads, viral videos, web banners or even just a concept. And anyone can come up with the solution. This is a little scary as it could spell the end of my career.
